Was Hoping for More

First, let me say I kept my order because I love the concept and overall design of this necklace. It has all of the elements I was looking for and, conceptually, I just adore it.

However, the charms are super lightweight and not as sturdy as I anticipated. The necklace arrived with extra string hanging from the clasps that was already fraying and fuzzy. It just wasn’t the quality/weight I had expected for the price. I would have hoped for more substantial weight to the charms.

Cheap, plastic-y, disappointed

I love the look of the necklace but in person the charms are much smaller and are super cheap and plastic looking. The red cord is thin and doesn’t feel sturdy. Not to mention that I asked for a longer length in the notes as indicated and that was not done.
