Returns are processed Fridays, excluding holidays. Once yours is processed, your return label will arrive by email.

We’ll Take It From There
Refunds typically appear within 5 to 7 business days. Exchanges ship within 1 to 2 business days after your return is processed.

Full-size fragrances cannot be returned. We recommend starting with a Try Me Size before committing to the full-size bottle.
Custom Jewelry
Custom jewelry cannot be returned.
Large Orders
Orders over $300 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
