ABOUT SUNDAY FOREVER

34 W 27th Street, New York, NY 10001

Our usual in-studio hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10am to 5pm. We're closed on Wednesday and on the weekends to give our tiny team a break so that we can better serve you on the days that we're open!

We have a magical little studio space where you can browse and shop by appointment if you're in the NYC area. Just shoot us an email at heretohelp@sundayforever.com and let us know that you want to come visit!

Yes! Animals are incredibly important to us, which is why all of our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We developed all of our scents with our animal family members in mind. You can burn, spritz, and spray all of these products in your home (though we don't recommend spraying air detox or perfume directly on or at your furry friends - they're made for people, not pets after all).

ORDERS

Realized you want a different size or entered the wrong shipping address? Maybe you want to add something to your order after browsing a bit more? No problem! Send us an email at heretohelp@sundayforever.com and we can help you out. The sooner you send the email, the better, as orders are typically processed and shipped by the following business day.

We are happy to honor price adjustments within 5 days of purchase*. Unfortunately, beyond 5 days we are unable to make any price adjustments to your purchase.

*Please note that our Price Adjustment Policy excludes any items purchased 5 days prior to our annual 11/11 Day Promo.

Thank you for supporting our small biz!

Each and every order is packed to be unwrapped like a gift - whether it's for yourself or someone else. We never include pricing or receipts with orders, but if you have special gifting requests, leave a note at checkout and we'll work our magic. Gift notes can also be left in the notes out checkout - we'll handwrite them and put them in your package.

For orders of large quantities, please reach out to heretohelp@sundayforever.com!

SHIPPING

Please understand that once your package leaves our loving hands and your tracking number shows proof of delivery, we can't be held responsible. However, there are steps you can take.

  1. Wait. It's common, especially for USPS, to mark a package delivered prior to dropping off the package. Give it a full business day.
  2. Look around! Ask neighbors, your front desk, your super, etc. and see if they may have received your package by mistake.
  3. Check in with your carrier service! Ask your delivery person if they've seen anything :)

If you've tried and still haven't received your package, please contact USPS by clicking HERE, UPS by clicking HERE or FedEx by clicking HERE.

After your order has been picked up from our NYC studio and scanned in by our carrier, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If it's been over 5 days since your order was placed and you haven't received tracking, feel free to send us an email at heretohelp@sundayforever.com and we'll look into it for you!

We pull our orders at 10am EST each day (excluding Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays).

If you selected USPS Standard Shipping (or Free Shipping), your order will typically ship within 1 to 2 business days of when it was placed. Any orders with red string jewelry may take an additional 5 to 7 business days to process. If you need your order by a certain date, please leave a note at checkout or reach out to heretohelp@sundayforever.com and we'll do our best to prioritize it.

If you selected Fedex 2-Day or Fedex Standard Overnight, your order will ship the following business day.

USPS:  You may see an "in-transit" notification several days in a row with no other information as the package moves from hub to hub. While this may seem concerning, this is a very common occurrence and we're very confident that your package will arrive. If it's been over a week with no movement, please reach out to heretohelp@sundayforever.com so we can keep an eye on the situation and take next steps if necessary.

FedEx: If you have not seen updates on your tracking and it's been over 24 hours, reach out to heretohelp@sundayforever.com. We'll get to the bottom of it and come up with a solution.

If you're local and would like to pick your order up instead of having it shipped, place the order and send us an email at heretohelp@sundayforever.com with your order number and name. We'll get it packed up and let you know when it's ready to be picked up.

Yes! If you're an international customer looking to place an order and you don't see your country listed at checkout, send an email to heretohelp@sundayforever.com and we'll place your order manually for you :)

As a note, we're unable to ship any flammable items (perfume, diffusers, air detox, lighters, & matches) internationally at the time. We're working on making this possible in the future, though!

RETURNS

For an exchange or return, please click here and we'll get you sorted. All returns have a $5 shipping and re-stocking fee. Exchanges are free.

Please note we can not accept returns for any custom items (i.e. embroidered robes & custom jewelry).

We typically process returns every Tuesday and Thursday. If you've requested a refund, your refund amount should go back on the card or account you purchased with about 5 to 7 business days after being issued. If you've requested an exchange, your new item will ship within 1 to 2 business days of your returned item being processed.

JEWELRY

There's a bit of a trick to it! Watch our tutorial video HERE

If you've tried this trick and still can't get your bracelet to tighten, it's possible the knots have gotten too tight. Send us an email at heretohelp@sundayforever.com and we'll take care of you!

If it's been a few months and your bracelet broke, no worries - that means it's been doing it's job of protecting you! We offer a jewelry repair service which you can purchase here. After placing your order, we ask that you arrange returning your bracelet to us. A simple stamp, envelope, and a note letting us know you're sending it back for a repair is all you need. Bracelets can be sent to our NYC studio at 34 W 27th St, New York, NY 10001.

If it's been less than 90 days and you're having an issue, send us an email at heretohelp@sundayforever.com. Our bracelets are handmade by us which means a knot may come undone or a charm may be forgotten occasionally. We're human and we do our best, but we'll always make sure to fix things for you!

As a note, we're only able to fix jewelry purchased from Sunday Forever.

We got you! Our Jewelry Restringing Service was created for this very reason. Purchase the service here then arrange to send your jewelry back to us at 34 W 27th St, New York, NY 10001 and we'll restring your charms onto some fresh red string.

If you'd like to add some new charms with charms that you're having restrung onto new red string, you can purchase those here.

We ask that you purchase one restring for each piece of red string jewelry that you would like refreshed. However, if you have multiple bracelets that you would like restrung onto one new bracelet, you only need to purchase one restring service.

If you have any specific notes for how you would like your charms restrung, please include a note at checkout or in with your jewelry piece(s) when sending them back to us.

The majority of our charms are gold filled, which is top quality and only second to solid gold, so they're slower to tarnish than other materials. However, how long your bracelet or necklace lasts without turning depends on 3 main things:

  1. What touches it: If your bracelet or necklace comes in consistent contact with chemicals (for example: chlorine, bleach, sanitizers, fragrances, sunscreen) this can cause it to tarnish more quickly.
  2. Your body chemistry: Everyone has different levels of hormones that react differently to gold filled products. People with higher hormonal levels tend to have their jewelry turn faster. If you sweat a lot, this can have an effect on how quickly your jewelry tarnishes too!
  3. How you store/care for your jewelry: Less airflow allows for lesser chance of oxidization (which is one of the reasons for tarnishing). For example, if you live in a humid environment, it may be best to store your pieces in a tight sealed zip lock bag overnight as an extra precaution. We also suggest reducing tangles- the less tangled your pieces is with other jewelry- the longer it will last without tarnishing!

Remember - we love the worn-in look so we wear our jewelry during workouts, showers, while we're sleeping (aka we never take them off). These are just the facts behind what could potentially cause your bracelet to lose some of that shine!

While we don't typically clean our Sunday Forever jewelry pieces (we like ours looking worn and lived-in), you can gently clean them daily.

If you would like to clean your Sunday Forever pieces, we suggest giving it a quick rinse in lukewarm water and then drying with a soft cloth. This will help prevent tarnishing from factors like makeup, sweat, sunscreen aka things that come in contact with you jewelry daily.

This is a personal choice. We choose to never take off our bracelets, necklaces or anklets. They can withstand quite a bit of wear and tear but if you're concerned about them turning a bit or getting a dirty, you should probably remove them. We like them to look worn and broken in, it gives them character :)

CANDLES

We use only 100% cotton wicks and a high quality coconut and soy blend wax for a clean, slow burn.

Our 9oz candles have a burn time of 40 hours. Our 11oz candles have a burn time of 60 hours. Our Mega (30oz) candles have a burn time of 120 hours.

FRAGRANCES

Yes! Our fragrance products are safe. The fragrance industry worldwide is regulated by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA), an organization created in 1973. IFRA establishes the standards for fragrance materials, limiting or prohibiting the use of ingredients, based on the findings of the Research Institute for Fragrance Materials, Inc. (RIFM). FIRM is a nonprofit corporation created in 1966 and stands as the international scientific authority for the safe use of fragrance materials. All our products are formulated to comply with the most recent IFRA standards and regulations.

Like certain food ingredients, fragrance materials may trigger allergies even when they come directly from nature. In fact, the highest number of potential allergens are in essential oils! It is practically impossible to create an allergen-free/100% natural fragrance. There is a lot of misinformation on this subject, and the bottom line is that if you notice rashes on your skin when using a particular fragrance, you should either spray it exclusively on your clothes or stop using it. If the allergic reaction is respiratory, common sense dictates that you stop using the product, and maybe even stop wearing any type of fragrance, as there is no good way to anticipate which fragrance is going to trigger an allergy or not. The unfortunate truth is that your allergic reaction is not necessarily a problem with the way the product is designed or the quality and safety of its materials. To dive deeper into the subject of safety as it pertains to allergies, the European Commission has made it mandatory for any brand sold in Europe to label 26 recognized allergens present in a scented product and although we sell our brands in the US only, we have decided to follow this policy.

APPAREL

Currently we make one size that typically works for size 2 to 22. By nature, our kimono-style robes are sized generously, but we are in the process of developing an extended size.

All of our robes can be washed at home on a delicate cycle in cold water and hung to dry.
