Didn’t get what I asked for

Nice anklet just not long enough.

I’m so sorry the anklet wasn’t the length you were expecting.

I did want to clarify one point for anyone reading this review. I replied to your email the same day it was received, I definitely didn’t ignore it I would never ever do that. I want you and all of our customers to be happy. In my response I apologized, offered to restring the anklet at no charge to whatever exact length you’d like, or provide a full refund if you preferred to return it.

We genuinely try to make things right whenever something doesn’t go as planned, and I’m sorry we weren’t able to reach a resolution here. My offer to help is still open if you’d ever like to take advantage of it.

Pretty and dainty

I purchased the red evil eye ankle bracelet but I was hoping to use it as a bracelet. I wanted something extremely dainty but did see any bracelets that were thin enough. The piece is very well made but I had to cut off one of the charms so it could fit my wrist. Please make this in a real bracelet!!!
